The interview was smooth and efficient. The screeinign itnerview with HR rep was quick and efficient and took about 30 mins. The interview with hiring manager and HR rep was for about 1.5hrs and icnldue the technical questions, motivation to join QE and some situaiton using STAR approach.

Five members were in the interview panel asked Mostly technical questions in focuses on Service Delivery to customer support KPI measurements asked about currently my job role and as per the resume which I have mentioned inside. moreover actual time interview were 1 hour but we spended 1.15 minutes approximately at the end of interview they said i.will.be contacted by HR or if 2nd interview required will let you know it was on 8.9.2025 and I am still.waiting for their response let's see what happened either I ghosted or may be they have decided with other so far Hoping for the best.

You would think a professional structure exists for a big company like Qatar Energy.
I was asked to keep my camera on while six interviewers on the panel kept their cameras off. No one introduced themselves; they jumped to the technical questions right after I finished my intro. One interviewer was silent the whole interview, and when she was asked to start asking questions, she did not respond. They called her name many times, but she did not respond. Overall, and no behavioural question asked. the interview was disengaging, disrespectful, stressful and dry technical questions. Reflecting poor company culture.
