I had three rounds of interviews altogether - one telephonic with the manager and two sets of onsite interviews. HR took quite a bit of time to get back with the results between each of the interviews. I did get an offer for them but I am still debating whether to take it up or not because of another offer that came through.
Interview process was fairly straight forward. Know your resume. Be confident and ready to provide them with examples of how you handled certain situations with regards to your past work experience. Assure the interviewer that even if you don't know the answer to what they are asking or have not worked on it, you are more than capable of reading up and learning, etc. Make sure to ask the interviewer relevant questions before the session ends.
