Quality Classrooms interview questions

I was contacted through Indeed and had two in-person interviews. The questions in both interviews were similar, focusing on situational scenarios, including some negative ones, such as: "When did you have a bad experience, a poor design, or a difficult situation at work?" or "How do you determine if a design is good or bad?" The questions were more general and not very technical or specific to graphic design. The interviewers were polite and professional but slightly distant.
