Straightforward - only a few stages. Interview with the line manager and the senior management.
No presentation.
No mock calls or anything.
1st 30 minutes call, 1st 30 minutes call and 1hr call.

It was easy but you could sense the hostility & microagression in the female manager, after the interview, it started to get unprofessional from HR side, she messed up communication wise and then i realized she blocked me on everything after I followed up after a week. From there itself you could see how this place operates
