Interview
Very straightforward and behavioral-focused. The person interviewing me (the boss) asked about my background and interests along with why I was interested in consulting. They also talked about the company itself and what they were looking for. Overall, an interview I had a good time in and didn't feel pressured over whether I had the right answer or not, but rather more on showing my willingness to learn and grow.
