The entire process was very easy and straightforward. I really appreciated how there was constant communication from the very beginning. To start, I applied online and was soon contacted by email to schedule a phone interview. The interviewer not only asked questions, but was very thorough about what the company does, what it's values were, and its unique benefits. After the phone interview, I was scheduled for an in-person interview and spoke to one of the company's managers. Standard interview questions were asked, but what made it great was that it really helped me understand if I would be a mutually good fit. Was offered the job shortly after!
