The interview process for software engineers generally looks like this: an online coding interview a phone interview a full day of in-person interviews in Palo Alto Depending on how the candidate came to Palantir, the process may be tweaked slightly. For example, candidates that come from a college where we do on-site interviews may skip right to the on-site interview based on the opinion of the engineer they met at the fair. We're happy to split a day of interviews into multiple days for local candidates, but try to pack them all into one day for people flying in.
