Initially there would be a telephonic interview and subsequent to performing well to that there would be a personal interview with the HR who would ask you on general questions like your previous experience and why your looking for a change,etc after which you would meet a department head who would ask you technical questions based on your job profile.The final stage would be with a senior person at office after all goes well you would get a call from the HR informing you about the Job offer and a short notice joining date.
