RAM Sales interview questions

I've had two calls - different times - from the same recruiter out of the Michigan office. He doesn't demonstrate an understanding of the role he's recruiting for as he can't answer my questions. On both calls, his only interest was getting their 30-day exclusive document signed. And when I follow-up for status, he never returns a phone call or email. The whole experience has been a nightmare.
