Interview
Interview mainly behavioural. Very similar to hirevue process. Some minor technical questions which are easy to answer with basics. Much easier than most interviews so knowing how to explain everything on your CV is best.

Question 1
You realised one of your colleagues is not putting in the same amount of work and dragging your team down. How would you deal with this situation?
Phone interview lasting around 30 minutes. Was fairly informal and came after completing psychometric tests. If you were well prepared it would have felt fairly easy. Is Tesla overvalued? etc

Interview
After passing the resume check, proceeded to do a personality and memory quiz at the same time. After that was given an asynchronous video interview. After the asynchronous video interview, there would have been a video interview with a real person.
