I applied online. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2016
Interview
A few phone interviews. Made it until the final round with both technical and business interviewers on phone. Had to wait a while until everyone was on the line. Was asked about standard object oriented programming techniques and a few situational questions. Asked how I would tell a client bad news. A few questions on how I would approach large scale projects. Did not hear back.

Question 1
Describe the method of object oriented programming as you would for a client
It was a few rounds, pretty dry. think they used fake names because i was unable to find any of them on linkedin after, or even find their emails to send a thank you note
20 minute call with a senior person and a more junior person. found it okay but there were some hard technicals at the end. I would say that you should know everything before even a screen interview.

Question 1
Why RBC Capital Markets and why this business area.
Great process, great company, really enjoyed the entire thing and would interview again if given the chance or need. I really like RBC as a company and I think others would as well.
