      Accounts Manager Trainee Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Kelowna, BC)

      Interview

Applied online through LinkedIn. Received an email to book a screening phone interview which happened within a few days. About 10-15 minutes, mostly questions about your goals, and what you know about the job your applying for, and a few sales based questions. At the end of the interview she booked me for a second phone interview a few days later. Same interviewer, and asked more behavioral questions, why you left your last job, a few more sales questions, whether youre able to relocate. Nothing too outlandish or unexpected. At the end of that interview, which took about 30-40 minutes, I was booked for an in-branch meeting which is upcoming. A very pleasant process so far, and recruiter was polite, understanding and even gave some advice going into in-person interview.
