Interview was very good. Interviewer was very friendly,polite and it was a general chat about my career experience and about the role. Not so much comprehensive and they made you feel comfortable. It was a very smooth interview.

Interview
Most cases are 3 stages but varies, I got interviewed directly by the hiring manager and it was okay. RBC loves team work, so preach that. I went about my answers using stories. Always remember to ask questions when told if you have any question. Got feddback 4 weeks after and the offer was made

There was one face to face and panel interview. Panel interview lasted about 40 min and it was fairly straight forward. They want to know why you are good for the role.

The 40 minutes telephone interview followed by face to face interview. The face to face interview lasted about 40 minutes as well and was a panel interview. The questions are not very difficult, but it needs time to prepare it.
