Applied online to RBC Dominion Securities and received an email asking to schedule a phone interview just over 1 week after. The phone interview consisted mainly of behavioral questions and a few technical questions. About 3 days later I got an email asking me to come in for an in-person interview the following week. The first interview was with the associates that I would be working closely with. I was asked about both my personal and professional goals as well as my working style. They were unable to answer several of my questions including the next steps and the hiring timeline. I also had a second interview that day with same person I did the phone interview with (the branch administrator). I'm not sure what the purpose of this interview was as most of the questions were the same as the ones she asked on the phone. I went a week without hearing anything so I sent a follow-up email and was informed that I didn't make it to the next round of interviews. All in all, the company in general felt very disorganized.
