I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at RBC (Chicago, IL)
Interview
First interview was basic questions related to fit for position. Subsequent were more detailed regarding type of analysis that would be required if chosen and what the learning curve might be. Nothing out of the blue or overly difficult. General understanding of finance and market movers.

Question 1
Nothing technical although the last stage I'm sure would require technical questions to test proficiencies.
Great convo for two rounds, but ghosting after the final with no rejection letter. I have to keep logging in to my portal to find out the result. Expecting more professional for them to handle the decision delivery
I was one of the earlier candidates to be interviewed, and at that time the process wasn’t very well organized. It took quite a while just to find the interviewer when I arrived, and the interview itself was conducted by two interviewers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There was an on-the-spot assessment, similar to a short case study. Most of the questions were behavioral in nature, including questions about multi-tasking and managing multiple or competing deadlines.
Standard interview process, responsive hr team. overall good experience. Each stage was clearly communicated in advance, and the interviewers were professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in my experience. The questions were fair and relevant, and the conversation flowed naturally.
