The interview process was quick and thorough. I reached the virtual assessment centre where I was given topics to present to a panel. I got to meet other applicant in the virtual assessment centre.

TI is very simple, basic behavioural and competency (no technical)
AC is also quite straightforward, split into two interviews, presentation + technical interview and behavioural + technical
Why RBC, why markets, why you,
I had a short telephone interview with a senior trader, interviewer was knowledgable and was easy to talk to. Was told I passed it then ghosted from there, no AC ever received.

Very friendly and comfortable interviewers. Interested about your motivations and views on the market. They cared more about your experiences and why you want to work in markets. Asked very straight forward technical questions.
