The interviewers were very friendly and easy people to talk too. There were 3 parts to the interviewing process. It was a panel interview done with other candidates for the same position.

The first step was a phone call interview. HR called me and asked me some questions that I explained below. Then she told me to share my profile with the hiring manager.

They asked about my background. Asked about the last two positions that I had and how they are related to this role. Asked me about my skills, which will help me in this position.

Case study then "a talk".. there was no formal interview, if they like your answers then they will call you back, i think they are looking for someone with field experience and i did not have any, only education.
