Submitted resume through the bank's online application portal and was called by a recruiter a few days later to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview, I did a face to face interview with my immediate manager and my manager's supervisor. A few days after this, I was interviewed by someone in HR.

Five rounds of interview. Simple, smooth flowing. Lots of questions asked and managers helped explain the process in details. However 3/4 were not directly involved in the process No compensation negotiation

Group interview: there is a 2 hours interview and the interview will break into four rooms (30 min per room), each room has 2-3 interviewers. One of the room is the role playing. interviewee will dividend into different groups to go through the interview.

Easy as long as you prepare yourself it's fine, basic offer but enough to start, hiring process pretty straight forward and stability in job site. Good teams in all branches I stepped in, managers dedicated and good people
