Interviewers ask some standard behaviour questions and technical questions about VBA and SQL. Excellent communication skills and time management skills are a plus. Having a finance or accounting background is a plus.

It was great. They were friendly and mostly asked questions about resume. Questions such as "how will this affect your future academic life? What do you expect to gain out of it? They try to make you comfortable but the setting is a little intimidating, esp for a coop student
