Interview
Phone call to check availability followed by a 30-minute interview going over general questions and portfolio review. Two seniors were present: a senior graphic design lead and a senior project manager. The graphic design lead talked about her team and what they do at the beginning of the interview. The questions don't necessarily relate to the role but are geared towards getting to know you as an individual.

Interview
I completed two rounds of interviews. The first focused on behavioral questions, such as why I want to work at RBC. The second round was centered on presenting and discussing my design work.
