It was very professional. The interview process is a structured series of interactions between a potential employer and a job candidate to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. The process typically includes:
Initial phone screening: A short (usually 15-30 minute) phone or video interview where the recruiter asks screening questions, records answers, and explains the next steps
Formal interviews: One or more in-person, video conferencing, or phone interviews
Skills assessments: Assessments to evaluate the candidate's skills
Background or reference checks: A check to verify the information the candidate has shared with the employer
Job offer: A job offer to the candidate
Great convo for two rounds, but ghosting after the final with no rejection letter. I have to keep logging in to my portal to find out the result. Expecting more professional for them to handle the decision delivery
I was one of the earlier candidates to be interviewed, and at that time the process wasn’t very well organized. It took quite a while just to find the interviewer when I arrived, and the interview itself was conducted by two interviewers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There was an on-the-spot assessment, similar to a short case study. Most of the questions were behavioral in nature, including questions about multi-tasking and managing multiple or competing deadlines.
Standard interview process, responsive hr team. overall good experience. Each stage was clearly communicated in advance, and the interviewers were professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in my experience. The questions were fair and relevant, and the conversation flowed naturally.
