I applied online. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2024
Interview
The interview process for an RBC Client Advisor position typically spans approximately two weeks and involves several stages. Initially, candidates undergo a phone screening to assess their suitability for the role. This is followed by one or more interviews, which may include a panel interview with managers focusing on behavioral and situational questions. Throughout the process, RBC evaluates candidates' customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and alignment with the company's values. A background check is also commonly conducted before a final offer is extended.
A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.
