I was wondering if anyone can provide some insight as to the 9 week training process for the inbound sales and service representatives/banking advisors/cards advisors (same positions I believe) at the RBC Mississauga client advice centre, I would greatly appreciate any advice on how intense it is? Is it a very supportive environment? Is RBC very understanding that everyone learns new material and works at their own pace? Are the weekly assessments quite challenging? What happens if you don't understand all material at once?
Thanks I appreciate it!
