RBC Mobile Client Service Representative interview questions

I applied on Job Fair and few days later I was asked to create online profile and complete personality profile assessment. A week later I was called to organize phone interview. Few dayes after I passed my phone interview I was asked for Interview at RBC branch. Two weeks later I got an e-mail saying I didn't get the job even when my both interviews were very good and after 1-1 interview I was given indications that I got the job and training will start by the end of March.
