RCV Innovations interview questions

I was interviewed at Rcv innovations(Malakpet, HYD). Worrest interview and company. During intern, they are not paying. In Intern They providing training(3-6 Months). After training, they give consultant job with 8000/- pm(6months-1year). After this two levels, they provide the job with 10k to 15k. And they said in an interview there is no job guaranty to this 1 and half year period.
