RSC Solutions interview questions

I had a two step interview, first with a representative from RSC, then one from a manager from the company hiring. On boarding included a drug testing, criminal background check, and education verification.

Interview process was fair and simple since I was applying for an internship position. CEO Mark Arzoomanian asked me questions that allowed him to get a feel for my character, and emphasized how important corporate culture was in the RSC office. He gave me opportunities to explain what I was looking for in an internship, and assured me that we could work together and build a worthwhile experience for myself and the company. All in all a very fulfilling and great interview process.
