This is a terrible hiring process. This interview took 2hours more. During the interview, the partner ady arrange me the job once I join. Everything looks good. However, the partner confirmed offer me but he didnt reply my message after offer. So irresponsible behavior. In the first time, he ask me to wait. I waited him around 1 month then I give up and start to looking for another job. But he suddenly call me to asking me “ are you still keen to this job” then he offer me. After I accept his offer, he asked me to wait for HR to prepare offer letter. This process took around 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I text him but he never reply me. Then I called HR because I think the partner must be very busy or something. But the HR seem like they dun know anything about this offer and ask me to wait them confirm. at the end, they didn’t give me any reply. If you want to work with this company or join this company, pls accept the offer after your long weight and deep consideration. I wish I never accept this interview invitation because it wasted my times. By the way, I feel lucky because I don’t spend my time to work with this kind of partner.
