Interview
I spoke with Claudia Trail the recruiter. She was honest about the position, duties and that the position is on a proposal effort. The shutdown had effected the delay, and Claudia said she would keep in touch at least every 3 weeks or sooner if RTI hears anything. Keep in touch, recruiters always say that then you don't hear anything for months if ever. I have to tell you, Claudia kept her word. I hear on the 23 of each month, since we spoke in the beginning of September. RTI keeps their word, thats the type of company I want to work for. The conversation with Claudia was talking to my older sister.

Question 1
The questions flowed in a conversation that put me at ease. It was the best interview I have had in a long time. All my questions, answered before I even asked. Most recruiters go down a check list. Not Claudia. I think I shared more information than any other interview.
