Very easy going process; not many questions...they were more looking for a personality fit with the company and other associates rather than looking for extensive retail experience. Most of the interview consisted of a tour of the shop, and going over what the job would entail. Very informal.
Expressed interest via a friend working there, was contacted, came in for a face-to-face interview with my resume and written references. Answered questions about my previous retail experience. Was hired on the spot.
