Interview
Mostly a discussion about job description and environment. Ended with getting assigned a mock assignment that needed to be sent back by the end of the week to test your abilities.
It was a laid back interview. Very conversational. We sat in the owner's office and chatted for about an hour about things from my own experience in customer service to the companies culture. I was very impressed with the interview process and how comfortable the entire experience was.
