He gave me the information regarding the position. 1 phone screen, a personality test as well as a cognitive test. 2 in person interviews. After that I was given an offer pending a clean Background check. After which we set the start date.
Two interviews one virtual one with manager on site. I was asked about my previous experience and why interested in staffing. I was told about the standards of the position but not in depth regarding metrics, kpis, or performance requirements.
