Process was very easy basic questions were asked and I received a call . Same day offering me the job . Talked about how I worked with difficult employees. What I did to get to a common ground with that employee . He also explained what was expected for the role and the starting pay.

Interview
The interview process was fairly standard. It started with a telephone interview with Randstad upper management which lasted about 15 minutes. Then they brought me in for a written assessment. This consisted of two pages of somewhat technical questions relating to the product with which I'd be working for that particular client company. It had multiple choice, fill in the blank, and essay questions. A sample of my writing was assessed via the essay questions. Finally, I had an in-person interview with two employees from the client company.
