Quick callback to come in for a group interview where they tell you general terms and conditions and sort of prepare you for what to expect. The phone call wasn't necessarily an interview, but just getting the initial fundamental questions out of the way. The group interview was a little awkward because nobody wanted to be the one to speak up. I didn't really have a problem with that, I'll be the teacher's pet to get the rest of them to open up and ease the tension. Then it was time for placement. Account Manager walked us in to meet with the company's supervisors and that was that, we started training. The account manager was there to answer any questions for us, but the time we had with them was very easy and laid back.
