Today, many companies have an involved interview process starting with screening interviews, which often take place on the phone, followed by in-person interviews, second interviews, and even third interviews. In addition to a hiring manager, you make meet with managers, employees, and other staff. It was okay - 3 interviews, took about 4 weeks - not a difficult process - standard sales process questions.

Interview
I initially met with their direct hiring manager, followed by the VP of Sales and then SVP of Business Development as final interview. I worked with a recruiter which was very helpful.

Interview
Phone interviews: Recruiters / hiring manager / SVP Sales SKYPE. Process was drawn out. Some of my questions were never answered. The HR Dept. was difficult to reach and unresponsive. Training inadequate for my role. Corporate marketing campaigns ineffective.
