Straightforward and a lot of communication with the recruiter team. It was a 3 steps interview for me, phone, zoom, and lastly in person. I heard back quickly as well.

Interview
After the initial phone screening, I had another interview with two current team members where I learned more about what the company does. I was also asked to share more about my personal experiences as well as tools and technologies I have experience with.

Interview
I recently went through an interview process with Red Aspen, and unfortunately, it left a lot to be desired. The process dragged on for over a month, which included scheduling a phone screen, a video interview, and finally an in-person interview. The extended timeframe was frustrating, and the follow-up was incredibly slow.
During the in-person interview, I was asked to prepare a 2-3 minute presentation. However, the interviewers didn't allow me to present without interruption, often cutting me off to discuss their internal issues. This was particularly disappointing, as I had invested time and effort into the presentation.
One of the interviewers was a co-founder of the company, but she was neither listed as such on the itinerary or by herself as a co-owner. She seemed offended that I wasn't aware of her position, which added to the discomfort of the experience.
The one bright spot in the process was the People and Culture representative, who was knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive throughout. Unfortunately, when I mentioned this positive experience, the co-owner made a snide comment, which further soured the experience.
Overall, the interview process at Red Aspen was lackluster and poorly managed, with significant room for improvement in communication, professionalism, and respect for candidates' time and efforts.
