I applied online. I interviewed at Red Horse Strategies
Interview
I had an interview over Zoom with one of their lead members, after which I was given an unpaid test assignment to do for a campaign flier for a political candidate they'd worked with in the past.

Question 1
Past experience, what kind of creative work I'm interested in
One interview—there was supposed to be a second but they never followed through. They asked me for a design test, which I completed. They said they'd get back to me in two weeks, did not, and did not answer my follow-up. Huge waste of time, especially considering I worked very hard on the design test.

Question 1
They asked me for a basic overview of my background, salary requirements, etc.
First had an interview with the Campaign Director, then they sent me a design project to complete. Both the interview and design test were fairly easy. My only negative is that they sometimes took longer to get back than they said they would, and I was told I was moving on to the final interview round before that was actually true, so they took it back.
