Red Wing Technology PHP Developer interview questions

The Interview Process starts with a Programming Test which consists to design a Registration Form(checkbox,upload file)and to connect the form with database via XAMPP Server. we have to finish this test within 30 minutes.I cleared this Test very Easily But time was a little shortten to connect it with the Database.Then there was a technical round were i answered all the Questions!!.After that round there was a HR round where the Manager told me that your profile is low .I had passed the programming test and i even answered all the questions but she said your profile is low lol!!!!!!!!!.Then the HR said that i should do internship at here company and was demanding 15K from me and said we will give you work experience for 6 months.This is a fraud company as they check your talent and if you are quite good then they offer you internship and demands 15k from and also tell you market is tuff.Please dont waste your time!!!!!!!!!!!!!.I also think that the employees working there are also intern's.I Declined this offer of internship!!!!!! as this is a fraud company as they demand money from you!!!!
