Interview
Online application first, and got first interview invitation, went to Chicago/ New York according to their plan, generally there will be about 100 or more candidates, first there will be a 1 hour information session to learn more about the company. Then candidates for different positions will be grouped according to their seats to finish a group project, group project is about to design a fashion show, your group will present your ideas in several aspects, marketing, preparation, etc; you will receive invitation to the second round during the same day
