I was briefed about the business and asked why I was interested. There is a standard that they have and I was not at the time ready. I had to give sales pitches to show my talent.

Found job post through craigslist. Was called in for interview with the hiring manager. Didn't ask too many questions. Mostly explained the job responsibilities and roles. Sponsorship for the series 7 is provided but preference is given to the ones who already are licensed. Obviously a very sales based position.
