I was contacted by Reign and Lively after they found my resume on another job site. I couldn't find any information about the company other than their own website, which was a little vague about what they do, and a few reviews on Reddit and such asking for more information. Most of the answers that the author got were not to take the offer and discussing how it sounded like a scam.
The first interview is mostly so they can get to know you, but no other information about the position is really brought up. The second interview is more about the position, and they really just want to know that you're looking to grow within a company and are capable of doing the job. I was also told it was a three step interview process, but unless they were counting the brief phone conversation I had with the human resources person, it's really only a two step process.
Turns out the position is selling T-Mobile lines as a form of direct marketing. The entry level position of Account Executive is supposed to last somewhere from 2-6 weeks before you're promoted to Leadership, who trains new Account Executives. From there it goes to Assistant Manager, and finally to Manager where you start/run your own company.
Overall it kinda sounded like a pyramid scheme. The entire job is 100% commission based, those in more advanced roles bring on new Account Executives, and they really just seem to draw you in with the promise of a high starting pay.
They offered me a position a few hours after the second interview with no option to accept or decline, they just said I got the job and orientation was a few days later. I didn't fully trust the process or the company and ultimately declined the offer before orientation and didn't fill out any paper work they sent me. The pay, despite being all commission, seemed too good to be true and it felt like I would just be a sales person for T-Mobile, so not sure why they needed to go through a marketing firm just to sell more lines?
Overall the interview was incredibly easy and you really don't need any experience to do the job. All training is provided, although you don't get paid for it until you sell your first line. If you're looking to manage your own branch of a company, then this might be a good fit, but with so little information on the company online, I don't trust the process.
