Interview
After applying online I interviewed with the hr, interview was fine and a few days later I received the trial task we talked about. As stated on another review it’s unnecessarily HUGE, I am against unpaid trial projects anyway, let alone this endless task I was required to do. I had 7 days to complete it (I read about another candidate spending 10 days, wondering if all candidates have the same timeframe, or if they are even taking into consideration if the candidate has a full time job or not) I spent about 4 full evenings after work as I had already planned to leave for the weekend. After all this stress and effort, they emailed me that they received the task and will come back to me soon. And they actually never did! Not even a rejection mail. It’s cool uploading team bonding and workplace culture images on LinkedIn, but how about the minimum effort to respond to the people who tried hard to join your company? I am so bitter because I deserved so much more that a rejection email but I did not even get that. When you ask for such detailed and time consuming tasks at least have the dignity to leave some feedback to the candidate.

The interview process was smooth and well-structured, with clear communication at every stage. The interviewers were professional, engaging, and asked insightful questions, creating a welcoming environment that encouraged thoughtful responses. A positive experience overall!
The interview process had 4-5 steps meeting many members of the company and the team that you would work with (HR, other designers, design lead etc) and a trial project to prove your skills.
