Interview
You will have a couple interviews with a recruiter. The first one is more of a "get to know you". Make sure to research the company, and ask for feedback from the recruiter. The second one with the recruiter is more of a traditional interview with questions on your resume. The third interview, will be scheduled with people who are actively working in the role you are pursuing. Have in-depth responses to the questions backed by relatable experiences, provide context, data points, etc. The fourth and final interview will be with a couple managers of the role you are applying for. 10 - 15 minute presentation with questions after about you, your experiences, & RQ.
The recruiter will share notes from previous interviews, so the next interview may be tailored to the feedback and your responses to previously asked questions. Be mindful of those questions and your responses.
Ask questions after every interview. Whether it's about the company, role, process, day-to-day, professional development opportunities, etc.
Everything is about an hour.

The process was alright, a little inconsistent from what I've heard from other people, but it got pretty bad when I went through the entire process for almost 6 weeks and was told nothing but positive things. Then after the final interview with the VPs in person was told that I wasn't confident enough and seemed to nervous for the job. I'm in my 20s applying for my first real full time job out of college so yes i'm gonna be nervous, seems lead on after the amount of effort put into that process.
