Interview
First they ask to fill a form and submit your resume. You are asked to mention the post for which you have applied, the receptionist make a note of all this. Then you are asked to wait in the waiting room. There were many candidates present for the process. As per my observation the interviewer has a look on the resumes. I was called inside the cabin, there was one interviewer. He asked me many basic technical questions, I answered them to the best of my ability. He asked me about my previous job experience. He offered me a job offer but I was aske to sign a bond for two years.
