Represent interview questions

There was one phone interview, followed by one in person interview with the leadership team, and then one group interview with the full design team. The last interview was more relaxed.

Three step interview, applied only for first one. Time was adapted to my options, they were very helpful with it. People were very kind, we talk rather than takes exams. It was like a cofee break, the nervousness fell down after first minute. the way the interview was runned was the best I've ever had.
