Rescon Partners Associate interview questions

The interview process consists of two rounds. The first round is conducted primarily by the Manager, while the final round is led by the CEO. During these interviews, questions are mainly focused on the details provided in your resume, including your work experience and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Additionally, to gain a better understanding of your capabilities, you will be given an assignment to complete, which will serve as the basis for the interview discussions.
