Resolian interview questions

It was great! Interviewed with a supervisor and team member, got a tour of the labs and had lively conversation! Did an excel test during the interview and spoke of qualities and expectations for the position.

The interview process itself was fine. I had two rounds, a phone screen and then a Zoom interview with the lab manager. However, I was ultimately ghosted after my second interview despite being told multiple times they were just "waiting on a decision." Crazy to not bother sending out a rejection email after someone has multiple interviews when the online opinion of the company is already so poor! Dodged a bullet I guess
