I interviewed at Respiratory Motion (New York, NY)
Interview
It was supposed to be at least three interviews, which is fine. The interviews are with three or four people. They were going to all be via the phone , because they don’t want to spend the money to fly people.
The company scheduled a 30 minute initial interview. It was one hour and I was asked to send times/dates for a second interview. I sent the information that night. A day later we are confirmed for a second meeting. Two days late (a day before our scheduled call). They send an email cancelling our call because they hired someone. It was completely unprofessional.

Interview
I met with various people in the company including the sales lead, operations director, marketing staff, financial director and CEO. The process was informal and their questions seemed to focus upon ways to approach a market.

Interview
General questions about my research background, and one red flag question that made me reconsider my application here. Responsibilities for the position were not made clear to me. Other than that, it went ok.
