I applied to Respondology via their website after seeing the role on LinkedIn. After a week or so, I interviewed with a recruiter who asked pretty standard questions.
Following that, I met with someone in leadership who asked a simple System Design question regarding an application that responds to social media comments.
I then moved to the next set of interviews which consisted of a DFS-type question, a Low-Level Design (LLD) question, and lastly, a conversation with the hiring manager.
The first question was pretty straightforward if you are familiar with Medium LeetCode-style problems. For the LLD interview, the interviewer didn't say much; he just pasted the question into the coding tool and sat there.
Lastly, my conversation with the hiring manager didn't last very long. The more I asked about the role and what I would be working on, the more questions I had. I genuinely felt like I was wasting my time.
