Restore Aba & Speech Therapy interview questions

I was interviewed by someone else up until the actual person showed up which was 30 mins late. The place seems depressing and quiet. They admitted they only take in certain people which you can clearly tell the dynamics once you walk in. The way they speak to their staff is very passive agressive and rude. They never called me because my rate was too high, which is okay because I got accepted to another clinic that gave me the rate I wanted.
