Recruiter never followed up even after promising that he will. No response at all. Really bad communication. Interview process was more about them telling me how the company is structured. Hire better recruiters.
Recruiter interview, hiring manager interview and panel interview with folks from the team. Culture fit interviews with members of the leadership team. Everyone is very nice and encourages transparency. Encouraged to ask questions and provide examples of how you will directly contribute to improvements and culture.
